Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. All orders are fulfilled through our online store at uncolonised.in.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
Non-metro, Tier 2, and Tier 3 locations: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

FLAG: Free shipping on orders above Rs. [TBC - to be finalised before launch].
FLAG: A flat shipping fee of Rs. [TBC] applies to orders below this threshold and will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and phone number once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier partner's website.

Shelf Life Note

Uncolonised Date Powder has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture. If your order is significantly delayed in transit and you are concerned about remaining shelf life on receipt, please contact us at hello@uncolonised.in within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging where applicable. We will investigate promptly and resolve the issue.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.
