Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every pack of Uncolonised Date Powder. If something is not right, we want to know and we want to fix it.

Food Product Note

Because Uncolonised Date Powder is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard across all food brands and is consistent with FSSAI food safety guidelines.

When You Are Eligible for a Return or Replacement

We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • Your product arrives physically damaged or the packaging is compromised on receipt
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • The product delivered is past its best before date on receipt
  • The product has a verifiable quality defect such as foreign material, off smell, or discolouration

How to Raise a Request

Contact us at hello@uncolonised.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will respond within 2 business days.

What We Will Do

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer:

  • A full replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

We will not require you to return the product in cases where a photograph is sufficient to verify the issue.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider, typically 2 to 5 additional working days.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Opened products where no quality defect is reported
  • Orders where incorrect address or contact details were provided and the order could not be delivered
  • Requests raised more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, write to us at hello@uncolonised.in and we will investigate.
